Drink more Green Smoothies!
I love my green smoothies. If you’re health conscious and want to eat more fruits and vegetables, I think green smoothies are the way to go. Prepare them ahead of time and have a nutrient packed “meal” ready whenever you need it. I personally drink at least one green smoothie every morning, which keeps my energy levels high.
