Spicy Tomato Yogurt SoupI love Greek food and try to incorporate the Mediterranean diet into my cooking (and eating) as much as I can. I love the fresh flavors, the quick and easy recipes and most importantly the strong emphasis on fruits and vegetables. Here is a delicious tomato yogurt soup recipe I adapted from a Greek cookbook I have. The result is a beautiful bright orange-colored soup that tastes fresh and creamy. Sardines – Why You Should Include Them in Your Diet

SardinesToday I’m trying out a new post format. My recipes usually focus on simple, high quality ingredients. So I thought it would be nice to provide a little more in-depth information on specific ingredients.

I’m planning on sharing some of my favorite foods, but also seasonal and/or exotic vegetables and fruits I may have picked up at the market.
