Raspberry Banana Smoothie with RosewaterThe past few days have been brutally hot here in New York and when it gets this way, my appetite isn’t quite the same. I usually like a big hearty breakfast, but now with the hot weather I just want to have refreshing drinks. So for breakfast today I made a blend of raspberries, bananas and coconut milk with a hint of rosewater. It’s delicious and light, yet enough to fill you up!


Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

Raspberry Banana Smoothie with Coconut Milk and Rosewater

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 6 ounces coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosewater
  • 1/2 cup ice

    In a blender, add all of the ingredients. Blend on the highest speed until smooth and creamy. Add more ice or water for desired consistency.


    Total time: 10 minutes

    Yield: 3-4 cups
